Pre-Baby Consults

If you or your partner are uncomfortable with a hospital birthing class, this is a great personalized option for you. I want to prepare you for what you can expect during labor, delivery, and postpartum. I want you to go in to labor feeling knowledgeable and help ease any fear. We will also discuss breast and bottle feeding, needed items for mom and baby after delivery, and answer all of your questions (and how to use your breast pump if needed). 2 weeks of email support is included. Option for in-home for clients in
the Florida area for an additional cost.

In-home consults

Once baby arrives or if you prefer a face-to-face consult, I will spend a couple of hours discussing everything from basic baby care to feeding to scheduling. The main goal of this consult is to give you the confidence to care for your baby and the tools to get your baby on a routine to start sleeping through the night sooner rather than later! 2 weeks of support is included. Available for clients in the Florida area. Anywhere outside Florida will incur extra charges.

Phone Consults

Phone consults will last around 1-5 hours. We will focus on strategies to get your baby on a great routine to start sleeping through the night. We will review feeding instructions and how to give your baby the best opportunity to sleep (alone in his/her crib). I will have you send me a list of questions before the consult to make the best use of your time. 1 week of email support is included. This is one of my favorite consults to get to know each other and get started off on the right foot! If you have a long list of questions (understandably!), this is the best option for support!

EMAIL SUPPORT

1 month of unlimited email support. This option is best if you have read the Moms on Call™ book and need help troubleshooting the schedule or have any additional questions. I will respond to emails within 24 hours M-F. Weekend responses will warrant surcharges.
